Arriving on time
Arriving on time is courteous to your stylist and the other clients coming in after you. A 5-10 minute grace window may be applied to your appointment. After that I will either need to reschedule your appointment or we may need to skip parts of your appointment to fit in as much as we can.
If you are running behind ALWAYS feel free to send me a message, as well if I am ever running behind I will let you know so you can have that extra time to grab some starbucks or run that quick errand on your way to me.
We can always come up with a solution , life happens .

Cancellations
48 HRS is required for any cancellations of appointments that are scheduled for more than 2hours. 24 HRS is required for any cancellations of appointments that are scheduled for less than 2 hours.
Anything cancelled outside of the 48HR or 24hr period will incur a 50% charge of the appointment scheduled. Please allow me the time to fill your appointment space. If an appointment is cancelled under the 24hr will result in the loss of any deposit for the appointment.
I am also aware that things happen, kids, life, pets and so on. Emergencies are 100% understandable as long as they don't become habits.

No Show
If you "no show" an appointment and would like to re-schedule a 50% deposit will be required before an appointment will be booked. If you do not show up for the rescheduled appointment you will not recieve your deposit , and you will no longer be welcome to sit in my chair

Booking Fee
A $50 booking fee will be required for any new color service, and a $100 booking fee will be required for any large service. The booking fee will go towards the final service total at the end of your appointment. After booking you will be sent an invoice and the invoice will need to be paid within 24hrs of scheduling the appointment.

Refunds
As a stylist I take great pride in the work I do behind the chair. If you are in anyway unsatisfied by your end result please contact me immediately so that we can come to a solution. I will never be offended if something needs to be tweaked so that your hair goal and my work intersect. I do not offer refunds for any service but do offer adjustments within 7 days after service.
Your hair and my ego NEVER need to meet!

Products & Results
I can only guarantee my color services if the recommended professional products or equivalent professional products are purchased through the salon. Your hair is an investment, protect it.
Retail products may only be exchanged for product with lesser or equal value within 15 days of purchase. If your new product has a higher value you will be charged the difference

Day Of Appointment
For your comfort and the comfort of everyone in the salon we ask that you not bring any extra guests or children who are not receiving services on that day . While I understand sometimes child care can be tight please communicate if your appointment needs to be rescheduled due to care issues.
